About Cebu
If you’re in this part of the Pacific in the beautiful island paradise called Cebu, we will be glad to
extend to you the world famous Cebuano hospitality. We have members who are not only stamp collectors but are licensed tour
guides who can show you the best that Cebu can offer.
Cebu Stamp Club, Incorporated (CSCI) not only prides itself in the field of philately but is also
very active in the promotion of Cebuano arts, culture, history and tourism.
Often called the “Queen City
of the South” and the Seat of Christianity in the Philippines, Cebu is the country’s oldest city. As one explores the island
of Cebu, one encounters a very rich historic past. We Cebuanos are proud
of our cultural and historical heritage, a legacy which has endured through the centuries from the time Ferdinand Magellan
planted the Cross on Cebu’s shores in 1521.
